Modern managers’ training today is carried out in a rapidly changing environment. Especially importantcompetencies for managers are the ability to respond quickly to environmental challenges, to make appropriatedecisions and to communicate effectively in their team. All of these competencies can be fully developed in theteam project framework. The authors believe that their experiences of intercultural management and globaleconomy teaching with the help of the project method are proving this point.
