| סיכום: | Заглавие с экрана Results of experimental study of the structure of Ni-Ti alloy surface, consistently modified by krypton heavy ions with the energies of 280 keV and 1.75 MeV/a.u.m. and high-current electron beam in the mode of surface layer melting. It was found that interaction of 86Kr heavy ions of high energy with the polished surface of the alloy forms hemispherical convex structures (globules) up to 200 nm, associated with the accumulation of implanted ions, concentration of which increases with increasing implantation fluence. However, the process of globules formation is accompanied by the formation of structural elements typical for the sputtering process at low (< 5•10 15 ion/m 2) fluences and is prevalent at high (10 19-10 20 ion/m 2) fluences. In the case of 86Kr ions of low energy implantation only the structures of surface sputtering can be observed even at the fluence of 10 21 ion/m 2. It is established that the observed softening of the Ni-Ti alloy surface layer resulted from implantation of 86Kr heavy ions of both energies is connected to sputtering of the oxide layer and occurrence of radiation-stimulated phase transition В19>В2. After secondary treatment by high-current electron beam, fine-dispersed (15-23 nm) cellular structure on the alloy surface, pre-implanted by 86Kr low energy ions, and the slight globules refinement and large heterogeneity in their distribution after implantation by high energy 86Kr ions. Additional softening of Ni-Ti alloy surface is connected, apparently, with the melting of columnar structures typical for martensite. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
