The paper is devoted to the study of the geochemistry of natural waters of active water exchange zone in moderately moist climate province using the example of the northern part of the Kolyvan-Tomsk folded zone (Russia, south-east of Western Siberia). It is shown that there is most often founded fresh, neutral and slightly alkaline water of calcium bicarbonate type. It is shown that the chemical composition of groundwater is formed in three stages (atmogenic, biogenic and lithogenic), undergoing at the same time to significant changes from one stage to another.
