Paper presents the results of dielectric propertiesinvestigation in radio frequency range for lithium-zinc ferriteceramics. Dielectric parameters of ferrite was obtained usingmathematical processing (for Debye type polarization) ofexperimental data. It is shown that the observable ceramicscomposition has dielectric anomalies characterized byferroelectric type.
