The trial experiment was carried out on the beam of the electrostatic generator of Van de Graaf with electron energy of 0,5 MeV for the purpose of definition of possibility of the energy-dispersive X-ray spectral analysis of heavy elements. Experimental spectra of photons are compared to calculation. The analysis of the received results allowed estimate to prospects of the offered technique positively.
