The superalloy based on Ni-Al-Co was investigated using the translucent diffraction electron microscopy method and the X-ray diffraction analysis. The structure and phase composition of the superalloy were studied, the volume fractions of phases and their morphology were determined. The carried out investigations have a quantitative statistical property. The effect of high-temperature creep in the alloy structure was established.
