The functional diagram of the gearless electric motor control system of the angular vibration under the potential phase modulation was proposed. The electric motor control algorithms for regulation the electromechanical system natural frequency to maintain the resonant mode of operation and stabilization of vibration parameters were considered. Simulated model was proposed and energetic characteristics of the electric motor according to the generalized performance coefficient were estimated.
