Samenvatting:Title screen
Investigations have been carried out into creation of reagent for labeled norfloxacin hydrochloride (NFH).Methods: The NFH synthesized in the Institute of Organic Synthesis (Ekaterinburg) was used in this research. The effect of the mixture components on the radiochemical specimen purity was assessed using the method of thin-layer chromatography. Results: The inflammation animal model was used to demonstrate the NFH functional eligibility for diagnostics of inflammatory processes.
