| Summary: | Title screen The surface microrelief of carbon steel after ultrasonic finishing treatment was studied using a Micro Measure 3D Station three-dimensional contactless profilometer. The effect of the parameters of the initial surface on the microrelief of the obtained surface was considered. Some features of the formation of a microrelief under the regimes of hardening and finishing hardening treatment were described.
