Article is devoted to the development of a newmethod of carrying out coagulation tests based on photometricstudy of bioliquid droplet samples. The initial methodologyof carrying out experiments and the analysis of a shape ofobtained photometric curves are given. It is defined that themost informative are the optical curves obtained at the receiverlocation in the optical focus of droplet test, formed after thecoagulation process. Researches on improvement of themethodology of carrying out experiments in order to increasethe sensitivity and repeatability of our method are presented. Amethodology of reagent’s introduction to photometric cuvettewas determined. A comparative analysis of the behavior of thephotometric curves, depending on the method of reagent’smixing is carried out. In process of determine the optimalcharacteristics of the optical system, it is found that the highestsensitivity is achieved by using small angular apertures of thereceiving device.
