| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана Классический университет всегда характеризовался специфическим содержанием образования. Специфика состояла в его духовно-гуманитарной насыщенности. Гуманитаризация университетского образования - наследие Древней Греции, предложившей в познании истины видеть ее единство с красотой и благом. Современные изменения культуры в сторону прагматизации заставляют ставить вопрос о специфике классического университета в неклассическое время. Предлагается увидеть университет во множестве форм, нередко предполагающих отказ от его сущностной специфики. Это ставит под вопрос само его существование, и всерьез рассматривается возможность его трансформации в экономическую корпорацию. In the 20th century universities, having occurred under essentially new type of cultural development, were forced to be transformed in order to adapt it. The change of cultural eras caused the changes of criteria and principles proving the system of university education. To the great extent it concerned to be externally invisible and unheard factor, a special fluid of spiritual life of university. A classical university throughout its history has been always characterized by the specific content of the education, which is its spiritual and humanitarian saturation. Changes in contemporary culture toward its pragmatism have forced to raise the question about the specifics of classical university in the non-classical time. The comparative method and the method of historic reenactment are the methodological basis of the research. The role of philosophical education in preserving university humanitarian traditions is defined. It is concluded that humanitarization is the essential criterion university characteristic.
