Presented ideology of the system improvement of the atmospheric air quality monitoring in city Tomsk: 1) development of existing system of instrumental monitoring with help of increase of watch point and visualization of picture of pollution atmospheric air on base of geoinformation technologies; 2)creation of computer model of diffusing dangerous pollutions from stationary and auto transport polluters, working constantly and showing current, detailed distribution of concentration of polluting substances into atmospheric air on all territory of cTomsk; 3)model gets raw information from base of sources of emission of polluting substances, and got accounting concentrations are integrated in system of visualization with data of instrumental measures. Observed data of 2007 year in new watch points are shown and analyzed., mechanism of using of the system of visualization is described in given point of city territory.
