| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана В статье рассматривается механизм инновационного развития. Приводится модель системы "наука-производство-потребление", вариант солидарного финансирования инновационного процесса. Сформулировано условие равновесия для трёх подразделений общественного производства. Установлено предельное отношение между наукой и производством и тенденция к постоянству отношения между производством и потреблением. Отмечены факторы, побуждающие (стимулирующие) инновационное развитие социально-экономической системы и противодействующие ему. This article discusses the mechanism of innovation development. "Science-production-consumption" model is presented. The article also gives an innovative development mechanism and a version of innovative process joint financing. Also the balance condition for three public production divisions is formulated. The marginal ratio between science and production and the fixed ratio between production and consumption are determined. The up-to-date financial crisis reasons are specified, and the US and Russian Federation innovative development estimates are analyzed.
