Research of the deformation behavior and acoustic emission in aluminum-magnesium alloy under isothermal loading demonstrates that the accumulation process of deformation in alloy is realized in two ways: by monotonous and macroscopically stepwise ways. In this case the monotonic accumulation of deformation is accompanied by a monotonic acoustic emission, while the stepwise accumulation of deformation is accompanied by unit of the acoustic pulses.
