The results of experimental studies of the plasmadynamic synthesis of crystalline boron carbideunder the counter interaction of supersonic jets of electrodischarged plasma generated by highcurrent coax-ial accelerators are shown. The synthesized product was researched using the Xray diffraction method and transmitting and scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that, under the counter interaction of plasma jets, large spherical hollow and ultradispersed particles of boron carbide B4C are produced
