The purpose of the present research was to develop the model of formation of didactic culture of trainerteacher of children sports school. There was studied the problem of allocation of pedagogical conditions of effective formation and development of didactic culture of trainer-teacher of sports institutions of further education. The combination of pedagogical conditions of formation of didactic culture of trainer-teacher: creation at children sports school of innovation-didactic creative environment as a condition of didactic cultural creation; formation of value attitude to didactic activity and its results; personally-focused direction of technologies of formation of didactic culture; view of specific features of didactic activity of trainer-teacher of specialized sports children schools of Olympic reserve, determined by specifics of taught discipline, their basic education and level of teachers training. Conclusions: 1. Parameters of physical preparedness of pupils of the experimental group are authentically higher by all parameters compared to the control group. 2. Growth rates of all motor qualities of the experimental group are higher than in the control group. Educational direction of classes in section intensifies if educational-training process is conducted by trainerteacher after courses of experimental technique of formation of didactic culture.
