| الملخص: | Заглавие с экрана The research was aimed at studies of adaptabilities of students of group of remedial gymnastics with diseases of musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems. Methods and organization of the research. The object of the research were 1 (10 women, 10 men) and 2-year (12 women, 12 men) students of Tomsk polytechnic university in the age of 17-19, suffering from diseases of locomotor apparatus and cardiovascular system with contra-indications to occupations of physical education. Body adaptabilities were assessed using cardiointervalography. Cardiointervalography is a method of registration of sinus rhythm with further mathematical analysis of its structure. Analysis of heart rate variability is a method of estimation of mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions in human body, correlation of sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of vegetative nervous system. The method of cardiointervalography promotes assessment of body functional condition, single units of regulation of blood circulation, adaptive body response influenced by different stressors. The results are of great practical value at conducting classes of remedial gymnastics with students with quoted diseases. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
