| Sumari: | Заглавие с экрана Статья посвящена теоретическому обобщению историографии древнерусского и болгарского политогенеза. Проводится сравнительный анализ этнического и политического аспектов норманнской и праболгарской проблемы. Делается вывод о релевантности сопоставления ранних ступеней восточнославянского и древнеболгарского политогенеза, связанных с формированием многоуровневой «варварской» государственности. The article is devoted to theoretical generalization of the historiography of the Old Russian and the Bulgarian politogenesis. The author analyzed comparatively ethnical and political aspects of the the Varangian question and the proto-bulgarian problem. In conclusion it is stated that intercomparison of early stages of the Eastern-Slavic and the Old Bulgarian politogenesis is relevant.
