| Sažetak: | Заглавие с экрана В представленной работе автор дает определение, обоснование и описание новой концептуальной метафоры solidpower. Основная гипотеза автора строится на том, что американские концепты мягкой и умной силы позволяют строить доктрины, стратегии и сценарии, которые являются опорой для идеологического оформления политики hardpower? завуалированной под идею продвижения "образцовой" американской демократии и оправдания военного вмешательства и экономического давления на другие страны при добровольном согласии/участии граждан. Автор указывает на причины политических просчетов американской администрации, которые привели США к дефляции ресурсов мягкой и умной силы и постепенному убыванию ее потенциала. Вследствие этого США стремительно теряют свой политический авторитет на международной арене. Толчком к этому послужили события в Украине, которые обнажили проблемные места в американских силовых сценариях. По мнению автора, Россия реализует новый сценарий, опирающийся на вескую силу как новую форму политической власти, основой которой выступают диалог, доверие, единение. Россия возвращается в "большую политику" сильной, самостоятельной, готовой отстаивать свои интересы и восстанавливает свое влияние в мире. Политическая модернизация картины мира на арене борьбы за Украину создает точку невозврата к прежней однополярной модели существования In this work the author gives the definition, basis and description of the solid power, a new conceptual metaphor. The main hypotheses of the author based on the fact that the American concepts of soft and smart power allow building doctrines, strategies and scenarios that support the ideological formulation of the hard power policy. The policy is veiled under the idea of ??promoting the model of American democracy and justification of the military intervention and economic pressure on the other countries with the voluntary consent or participation of the citizens. The author points out the reasons for the political mistakes of the American administration, which led the United States to deflation of the resources of soft and smart power and gradually descended its potential. This is why the United States are rapidly losing their political credibility at the international arena. The impetus for this were the events in Ukraine, which exposed the weak points in the American coercive scenarios. The author's opinion is that Russia realizes a new scenario based on the solid power as a new form of political power, the basis of which are a dialogue, trust, and unity. Russia is returning to the big politics as a strong, independent country, ready to defend its interests, and to restore its influence in the world. Political modernization of the world picture at the arena of the struggle for Ukraine creates a point of no return to the old unipolar model of existence.
