| Zusammenfassung: | Заглавие с экрана In this work the model of the formation of the non-equilibrium surface layer during the electron-beam modification of the composite is described. The method is suggested to estimate the stress in the material surface layer due to the treatment processes. The problem is reduced to the model, described in the literature, on the stress state of plate with given temperature distribution. Each calculation gives the complete information on concentration profile near by the vicinity of interface between particles and matrix and also on the dynamic of stresses and strains in the various distance from the outside when the technological conditions are varied.
