Summary:Title screen
It is known that the synthesis of ammonia using the Gaber method is carried out from pure nitrogen and hydrogen in severe conditions on the heterogeneous iron catalyst at high temperatures (300-400°C) and pressure (35-100 MPa). Now it is an industrial process of chemical air nitrogen fixation. Creation of more effective ways of ammonia synthesis allowing lowering of expenses and carrying out the process in softer conditions, is an urgent problem. It was shown earlier, that in spontaneous process at SFP Al burning in air, there is a nitrogen fixation. Under certain conditions, final combustion products of more than 19.0% wei. are found. The connected nitrogen as aluminum nitride independent phase at hydrolysis in water form the ammonia. The new way of synthesising of ammonia using cheap AlN, received at SFP Al burning in industrial manufacture will allow lowering of the cost price of a product of 200% and more.
