| Resumo: | Title screen Piezoelectric vibratory angular rate sensors are widely used in different applications. The current article presents and discusses a theoretical research of scale factor temperature drift of the piezoelectric gyroscope. Numerical simulation of scale factor temperature sensitivity using ANSYS finite element software package is also considered.
