The model are formulated for the surfacing treatment process taking unto account the particles redistribution between the coating and the base, as well as the admixture presence in surface layer of the substrate. The model parameters were estimated and the heat-diffusion part of the problem was analyzed in details. The results of numerical investigation of the coating modification on the base of TiN at the bombardment by combined ion beam Al + and B + are presented. The reaction system and the kinetic equations system corresponding to them of are write down. The approach to the formal-kinetic parameters estimation for the reactions is described.
