| Περίληψη: | Заглавие с экрана The experimental research results about the conditions influence of copper depositing at the aluminum contact surface by a plasmodynamic method to the value of a copper-aluminum contact pair resistivity are shown in this paper. It's shown a significant decrease of the contact resistivity (to 1.1 mΩ-mm 2) 2.5 times compared with an ordinary copper and aluminum connection, by optimizing the phase composition, the transition layer structure and its transition layer microhardness increase Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
