The interrelation of amplitude-frequency characteristics of the electromagnetic response with energy and duration of shock excitation is established. The basic laws of interrelation of mechanic and electrical transformations parameters with two-component composite systems are investigated on the basis of an astringent and filler with filler and matrix characteristics. Transformation of electromagnetic response parameters under shock excitation of composite dielectric materials with changes in humidity and temperatures both the material, and an environment is shown. The carried out research is the proof of the mechanism mechanic and electrical transformations in composite materials and represents change in dipole moments of double electric layers on borders of a composite components as the acoustic wave formed during shock excitation. The interrelation between electromagnetic response parameters and mechanical characteristics of composite dielectric materials, such as: defectiveness, durability and deflected mode is established. Non-destructive, electromagnetic way of definition of products mechanical durability is developed and patented
