| Summary: | Title screen An analysis is made of spectral distortions of small-area short optical pulses as they propagate in inhomogeneous resonant media. The spectral distortion mechanism considered results from nonsteady-state refraction and depends on the geometric structure of the medium. Fractal and multifractal objects are considered as propagation media.
