It is proposed the method of combined modeling for modeling, analysis, optimization and prediction of business processes. The main idea of the method of combined modeling are the representation of problem domain as static IDEF0-model, the transfer static model into dynamic SIMAN-model, using IDEF3-model, and the analysis of these model. In the paper it is offered a set of characteristics, which allow estimate and compare method of combined modeling with existing modeling techniques such as IDEF0, DFD and ARIS
