Information support of a quality control system can be improved via computer processing of control charts. This kind of processing provides imporved operator confidence in technology processes. In addition to statistical methods of quality control we consider the computer analysis of control charts based on fuzzy technology with SCADA tools. An algorithm for diagnostics of violation and an appropriate rule base with fuzzy logic have been developed. Application of the algorithm allows to form logical conclusions about the condition of a technological process, and to judge the degree of influence of its components (man, method, material, machine) on the quality of production
