| Özet: | Заглавие с экрана Управление предприятием постоянно претерпевает существенные изменения, в данной работе идет анализ цветочного бутика, в котором в 21 веке важным становится упаковка и уникальное предложение для клиентов, а разработка стратегии продаж является ключевым фактором успеха. Enterprise management is constantly undergoing significant changes, in this paper we analyze a flower boutique, in which packaging and a unique offer for customers become important in the 21st century, and the development of a sales strategy is a key success factor. Exploring the internal and external environment of a flower boutique, the author has compiled an effective marketing and management strategy. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for managing a flower boutique in order to increase sales and increase profitability. An approach to the formation of a modern strategy is the study of the internal and external environment of the functioning of the company. As a result of the study, the author proposes a list of activities based on a deep analysis of the competitive advantages of a flower boutique. These activities can be used for practical application both in the studied boutique and taken as the basis for building a strategy for any flower shop. |
