| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана SiCf/Ti3Al(Si)C2-based composites are analyzed. SiC fibers have a strong influence on the bending strength values and fracture mechanisms of sintered composite materials. It was found that the use of a coating on SiC fibers with subsequent reinforcement of Ti3SiC2 laminates increases their strength by 20% compared to laminates with reinforced fibers without coating. The Vickers hardness of reinforced laminates is 9±1 GPa. |
