|a The article analyzes the dynamics of financial indicators of Russian oil and gas industry enterprises during the crisis and international tensions. We use an analysis of variance for three indicators (revenue, share of fixed assets in the assets of the enterprise, profitability) of oil and gas industry enterprises, which were grouped into three forms of ownership: enterprises in Russian (RO), foreign (FO) and joint (JO) ownership. The study period is 2013-2017. As a sample, we took 443 enterprises in Russian ownership, and 71 enterprises in joint and 56 enterprises in foreign ownership. Results. The dynamics of the most important indicators (revenue growth at enterprises in JO and RO, growth in net profitability of sales at enterprises in JO) shows that the main emphasis in the development of the oil and gas industry in Russia is placed on enterprises in RO and JO. At the same time, enterprises in JO are necessary for the transfer of advanced foreign technologies for oil and gas production to Russia and they show higher efficiency (profitability). We found that the rapid development of enterprises in the JO continues, despite the threat of sanctions from the United States in relation to foreign co-owners. Enterprises in FO are losing their position in the current environment. We revealed fact of a decrease in the share of fixed assets in assets of enterprises of all forms of ownership during the crisis, which seems to be problematic and may lead to a decrease in oil and gas production in Russia in the future.
