| Özet: | Заглавие с экрана In this study we investigated quality of life and immune status of patients with bronchial asthma (BA) during immunotherapy with autologous activated T-cells. Activated T-cells was injected subcutaneously according to scheme after receiving informed consent from patients. In the end of therapy course, it was observed a decreasing of symptoms and disease influence on patients' life. Patients with atopic BA demonstrated significant decline of IgE level after 2 and 7 months after beginning of the therapy, and there was no changes in IgE level in non-atopic patients. Immunotherapy with T-cells corrected the number of B-cells and phagocutic activity of granulocytes and monocytes that differed from the normative values. |
