Developing new drug delivery systems requires carrying out a solubility test, mainly in neutral pH range, to study drug release. However, there is a problem of degradation of the active substance during the test, which makes it difficult to assess the dynamics of release from the carrier. In this paper, the dynamics of the paracetamol degradation in various concentration's phosphate buffer saline solutions was evaluated by liquid UV-vis spectroscopy. It is shown, that after two weeks paracetomol concentration decreases no less than up to 50 wt.% and the degradation rate depends on the solution concentration.
