Spherical oxide materials based on complex oxides of titanium, cobalt or nickel was obtained. Processing temperature of spherical materials was established by the STA method. Based on the results of XRD, phase composition of the spherical aggregates was established. The morphology of surface of spherical materials was studied by SEM method.
