| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана To analyze the nuclear-physical methods of elemental composition and distribution of impurities by the method of Rutherford backscattering, the 238Pu source was used as the source of ionizing radiation. It was shown that in the absence of an accelerator this method is promising, since it allows one to monitor the composition and distribution of elements during technological processes. |
