As a result of the analysis in the experimental spectrum more than 3000 lines belonging to the v2 band have been identified and confirmed by the presence of combination differences. On this basis 1500 values of vibrational-rotational energies of state (010) with Jmax=60, Kamax=19 were determined. In addition to this, on base on the processing of experimental data using the Hartman-Tran profile, the intensities of about 700 individual lines have been determined the first time. Including, the theoretical formulas obtained have been evaluated.
