В результате проведенного исследования деятельности Центра был выявлен ряд проблем в работе учреждения социальной защиты населения и представлены основные направления по повышению мотивации в профессиональной деятельности сотрудников Центра. The article describes the features of work of the employees in the institutions of social protection of the population, represented management features in social institutions. As a result of the conducted research of the Center's activities, a number of problems in the work of the institution of social protection of the population were revealed and the main directions for increasing motivation in the professional activities of the Center's employees are presented. |
