| Резюме: | Заглавие с титульного экрана This paper considers essential properties of socio-economic systems determining the possible principles of such systems management. It is shown that optimization models for socio-economic systems management do not take consider qualitative changes in the system and its environment, though it can fundamentally change the very idea of optimality as a method of the system management. A different narrative-based principle of management is proposed, which allows to take into account the qualitative changes of the system ensuring its existence in the future. |
