| الملخص: | Заглавие с экрана This research is oriented to identification of parameters of structural changes on the basis of the analysis of resource allocation between extracting and processing sectors of the Russian economy. A main hypothesis of a research are the regulations that in the economy oriented to implementation of quantitative structural changes including by means of import substitution policy, the level of technological effectiveness shall grow at higher rates in industries of the processing economy sector. The carried-out calculations testify to a technology gap between extracting and processing sectors of the Russian economy. |
