The sol-gel derived film-forming solutions (ERP) system based on SiO2‒CaO‒P2O5‒TiO2. After cooking the solution viscosity has a value of 2,65‒2,7 mm 2/s. In the first two days of maturation ERP test solutions pH values vary between 7,8‒7,7, and is positively charged colloidal particle according electrophoretic studies. Upon reaching values of solution viscosity of 3,8 mm2 /s pH in the system is reduced to 4. A colloidal particle has a negative charge during this period. After five days, the solutions are no longer suitable for the preparation of these high-quality films. Thin films obtained from the film forming solutions (ERP) on a substrate of monocrystalline silicon (substrate model) by centrifugation with a centrifuge speed of 3000 rev/min, followed by heat treatment at 60‒80 °C for 20 minutes and at 800 °C for 1 hour. With hydrodynamic traced main stages of oxide systems. For homogeneous material requires heat treatment at 800 °C. Biological activity was studied in vitro in the SBF medium. Increasing the titanium oxide in the system to 10 wt.%. Of the material is increased bioactivity.
