Subject of research - the improvement of logistics processes in the company and creation of a system of logistic controlling in the company. The analysis of efficiency of application of short-term operation of wells in oil production is submitted. Are listed economic and technical advantages of this way of operation, and his shortcomings and problems arising at the same time. The article substantiates the urgency of forming a system of logistic controlling supply chain in the company. Relevance of the article, on the one hand, has linked to the demand for new approaches to the management of logistic processes and cost in the branch companies, on the other hand, with the lack of such a logistic controlling system in the branch. Macrologistical and micrologistical systems were formed in the study in order to identify logistics units. |
