The aim of this research is to identify the influence ofmultiple factors onthe living standards of people and build predictable models. The article explored the economic consequences, which leads to the deterioration of the populations welfare, and the methods in which the government attempt to solve the problem.It also describes in detail the construction of econometric regression models, thattake into account when assessing the quality of life (living standards) of the population. Based on the forecast factorial values of recommendations regarding the constructed models. This study may have a practical importance in the development of federal programs, as illuminates the methods by which it is possible to achieve an increase in life expectancy, which is an integral part of well-being of the population.
