There are some basic types of benchmarking: internal, competitive, functional, and general. The purpose of the article is to give the reader some information on benchmarking in clustering. The article analyses main characteristics of foreign clusters. The article reviews why clusters in Russia haven`t the same characteristics. According to the article it is important to respect the international practices in clustering for create such forms in Russia. |
