In the article there have been overviewed the main advantages of process management for organization, main problems, connected to implement of process approach have been pointed out. The technique of factor analysis of organization is recommended to improve organization's activities and implement of process approach. Stages of factor diagnostic have been developed, main aspects of application of technique of factor analysis while implement of the model of process-oriented system of management have been considered.
