The article describes the structure of requirements management systems in the form of models of requirements systematization and approach to that systematization, which shows the complex usage of different methodologies for the design of information systems. The model, which described in detail in the article, need to solve tasks of systematization of requirements arising in the design of information systems. The solution of such problems often associated with the definition and classification of the relationships between different types of requirements.
