| Shrnutí: | Заглавие с титульного экрана In this article we examined the temperature conditions in contact sputtered particle - substrate at the formation of a multi-layer thermal spray coating. The calculations of contact temperature at the interface sputtered particle - substrate for various combinations of the contacting materials were carried. Given that the temperature in the contact is an important condition for the formation of the adhesive bond coating to the substrate, we studied the possibility of using the intermediate layer for Al[2]O[3] deposition on a steel substrate. |
