| Summary: | Заглавие с титульного экрана In this paper, the influence of nanosized AlN additives on properties of ceramics sample, made ofindustrial aluminum nitride, was investigated. It was found, that only small amount (5 % mass) of aluminumnitride nanopowder, which was preliminary synthesized by plasmadynamic method, is enough to increasedensity, hardness and thermal conductivity of a resulting ceramics sample, based on industrial AlN. |
