Performed the combined processing of technically pure aluminum of the A7 consisting in nitriding inplasma of the gas category of low pressure of system film (alloy 12X18H10T, 0,5 μm) / (A7) substrate, subjectedto preliminary radiation by an intensive pulse electron beam of sub millisecond duration of influence. Revealedformation in a surface layer of submicro- and nanocrystal multiphase structure, the main phase which is nitrideof aluminum. It is established that proposed the combined processing allows multiple to increase tribological (wear resistance) and strength (hardness) characteristics of the modified material.
