The paper deals with the search for general geometrical features of crystals in binary alloys having anA15 crystal structure of А3В stoichiometric composition. The block diagrams are constructed for the size factordistribution in A15 crystal structures. The effect of the size factor on the stability of intermetallic compoundshaving an A15 crystal structure and the correlation between A15 crystal structure fields and the size factor areshown in this paper.
