Currently, monitoring of the degree of deterioration is carried out using of obsolete equipment. The use of modern technology will greatly improve the quality of rail condition monitoring process. The principle of profilometer operation is based on measuring the distance to the rail at a known measurement angle. To measure the distance using laser triangulation sensor. Application profilometer does not require pretreatment of the rail to the measurement process. Obtained during the measurement profile will be displayed on the user's tablet, which will also be presented the results of calculation. |
